Shipping Policy
1. **Processing Time**
- All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Processing time includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
- Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
2. **Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
3. **Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses**
- Our print-to-order services do not support shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
4. **Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking**
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. **Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
- Big Nibbles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. **Damages**
- Big Nibbles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
#### Refund Policy
1. **Order Cancellation**
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to the print-to-order nature of the products.
2. **Returns**
- Due to the custom nature of print-to-order products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
3. **Defective or Incorrect Products**
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at bignibblesvideo@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.
- If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. **Exceptions**
- Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
5. **Refund Processing**
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 7-14 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit card statement may vary depending on your financial institution.
